Our Featured Dog "Sundance"

I am a very, VERY sweet boy! I love to play and I love to cuddle! Playing with my foster siblings is a blast - it's my favorite thing to do. I like other dogs a lot, and I'm pretty good with cats indoors. If the cats are outside, I will chase them because I want them to play with me!

I'm about a year old (11/1/2008) and I'm housetrained and leash trained. I'm working on my obedience commands, doing very well and I really like to please my people!

I've been neutered and I'm heartworm negative. I am up to date with my vaccinations, and I'm on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

I will do best in a home with someone there with me most of the day - either someone who works from home or can take me to work wih them - or someone who is otherwise at home. I will also do best with a canine brother or sister to play with - to keep me occupied for those times when someone can't be with me. I don't do well in a crate, so these things are essential for both of our happiness! I'm fine in a fenced yard for periods of time while someone is at home, but if you leave, I will climb the fence!
