Our Featured Dog "Shanny"

Shanny is a 2 year old Alaskan Klee Kai - which is basically a miniature American/Siberian Husky mix in a 14 pound frame!

He is a very high energy boy who loves to play, walk, fetch, and run. He will do just about anything for a treat and knows the commands Sit, Wait, Down, Roll Over, and High Five.

The adoption fee for Shanny is $125, and there is an additional $250 tax deductible contribution required to adopt him as well.

Shanny loves to be anwhere his people are and his favorite spot to sleep is on the bed! He loves to watch the neighborhood from a window or outside, and will tell you when anyone comes by.

This little guy does well with other dogs but is a bit shy with larger breeds at first. He has a dominant personality and needs an adopter who can be an assertive pack leader.

Shanny is a very loyal companion, very smart, and a lot of fun to play with. He will not be adopted out to a family with children under the age of 14, as he is not comfortable around small children and their activity levels.

Shanny is house trained and leash trained. He is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date with vaccinations, and is on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
